Errol and Leanne have a long and successful embroidery history. Errol operated the Chinchilla Embroidery & Uniform Service for a number of years and has a worldwide customer base. When you contact us, you're speaking directly to the people who will design and embroider your garments, and who are responsible for getting your order to you on time. So we tend to take customer service seriously.
All of our digitising is done 'in house' by us, we don't source it to an anonymous overseas company, and where possible, we strive to use Australian owned manufacturing companies for the products we use
